Flightstory AI - the Paid Search Team is a private internal tool operated by Flight Story Limited. It is not a product. It is not sold, licensed, offered or made available to the public, and there is no public sign-up.
Use is restricted to authorised Flight Story personnel and to named client or partner individuals who have been granted access in writing by Flight Story. Nobody acquires any right to use the Tool by reaching this page, by holding a Google account, or by completing a Google sign-in or OAuth consent prompt. Authorisation is granted only by Flight Story, in writing, in advance.

These Terms of Use are issued by Flight Story Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13441974, with its registered office at 73 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3QQ ("Flight Story", "we", "us"). Flight Story operates a marketing agency arm under the name Momentum.
They govern all access to and use of Flightstory AI - the Paid Search Team (the "Tool"), an internal multi-agent system that plans, builds, audits and manages Google Ads campaigns in advertising accounts that Flight Story is authorised to manage.
They apply to every person who accesses the Tool, in any way, whether or not that person was authorised to do so.
The Tool is built and operated by Flight Story for Flight Story's own use in delivering services to its clients. For the avoidance of doubt:
You may access and use the Tool only if you are:
Authorisation is personal to the named individual, is limited to the scope and the advertising accounts stated in the grant, and may be varied, suspended or withdrawn by Flight Story at any time, for any reason, with immediate effect and without notice.
This clause is a condition of use and is to be read strictly.
Any access to or use of the Tool without a current written grant under clause 3 is unauthorised. Depending on the circumstances, unauthorised access may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we reserve all rights and remedies in respect of it.
If you are authorised, you may use the Tool only:
The Tool is designed so that it does not commit money or change what is running without a person deciding to do so. These safeguards are a condition of your permission to use the Tool. Attempting to bypass, disable, circumvent or automate around any of them is a breach of these terms and terminates your authorisation.
Specifically, you must not, and must not attempt to:
Where an approval is required, it must be a genuine review by a person with authority over the account in question. A blanket standing approval, an auto-approval, or an approval given by an automated process does not satisfy this clause.
You must:
You must not:
The Tool touches only Google Ads accounts where the account owner has granted Flight Story access. That access is granted by the owner, through Google, and can be withdrawn by the owner at any time. Nothing in these terms limits an account owner's ability to withdraw access, and withdrawal takes effect immediately.
Access to an advertising account through the Tool does not confer any right to use that account for any purpose other than the work the account owner has instructed.
Everything you see or learn through the Tool, including account structures, spend, performance data, client business information, the Tool's methods, prompts, decision records and outputs, is confidential information of Flight Story or of the relevant client. You must keep it confidential, use it only for the permitted purpose in clause 4, and not disclose it to anyone without our prior written consent. This obligation continues after your access ends.
Our handling of personal data in connection with the Tool is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where Flight Story processes personal data on behalf of a client, it does so as a processor under a written agreement meeting the requirements of Article 28 of the UK GDPR, and the client remains the controller.
The Tool, including its software, agent designs, prompts, methods, documentation and all associated intellectual property rights, belongs to Flight Story or its licensors. No rights in it are granted to you beyond the limited permission to use it described in these terms, which is revocable at any time.
Campaign work produced for a client account belongs to or is licensed to the client in accordance with the client's engagement agreement with Flight Story, and nothing here alters that.
The Tool is provided to authorised users on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It uses artificial intelligence models, and its outputs may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable recommendations. Outputs are drafts and recommendations for a person to review, not decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including any as to accuracy, fitness for purpose, availability or uninterrupted operation.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. No result is guaranteed.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to any user of the Tool for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of or inability to use the Tool.
These terms govern access to and use of the Tool only. They do not vary any written services agreement between Flight Story and a client. Where a client has a services agreement with Flight Story, that agreement governs Flight Story's liability for the services, and it prevails over this clause to the extent of any conflict.
We may suspend or withdraw any person's access to the Tool at any time, for any reason, with immediate effect and without notice. Access ends automatically when a person's employment, engagement or client relationship ends, or when the relevant account owner withdraws Flight Story's access.
On termination you must stop using the Tool, and clauses 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue to apply.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may change these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. No third party has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
